Cancellations
In the case of an advance purchase reservation the policy is as follows:
Payment is required to secure your reservation. Advance purchase bookings are non refundable & are non transferable
Otherwise:
A credit or debit card is required to secure your reservation. You may cancel your booking at any time up to 72 hours prior to 3pm on the day of your arrival for a full refund. If a booking is cancelled later than this time or in the case of a no show then the full amount of your stay will be charged to your card.
Payment
The balance for all bedrooms and all other charges are to be paid upon departure. All payment details are held in our system so if payment terms not met, we reserve the right to charge your cards prior to or after arrival to cover the cost of the room.
You also hereby authorise us to charge your card details given for any damages incurred to your room or the property or gardens of the inn during your stay, including without limitation specialist cleaning or any missing items. You also give your consent to us charging your card for any food or drink that is consumed on the property by you or those staying in the room with you during your stay. We cannot offer refunds for early departures.

We accept all major debit and credit cards.
Check In
Our guaranteed check-in time is from 3pm until 11pm on the day or arrival. Please be aware that the pub will be closed from 11pm and we do not operate a late check in facility.
Check Out
We ask you to vacate all bedrooms by 11am on the day of your departure. Should you wish to check out at a later time, this must be arranged prior to your stay and will incur additional charges.
Breakfast
A continental breakfast is included in the cost of your booking. There is also a hot breakfast menu available for an additional charge. Breakfast is served in our restaurant area from 7.30am until 10am.
Children
If you are planning to bring children, we must be notified in advance, as not all rooms can accommodate an extra bed/cot. A charge of £30 will be applied for an extra bed, travel cots are free of charge.
Pets
We have two dog friendly bedrooms, which are subject to availability. The charge is £25 per dog, per night. We allow a maximum of 2 dogs per bedroom. We welcome dogs into our restaurant and our bar area. We do not allow dogs to be left alone in a bedroom.
