Tuesday 24th February, From 6pm
None other than Dom Fernando, Founder of Paradise, Soho, will be kicking off Curry Nights at The Mason’s Arms on Tuesday, 24th February. Paradise has created a name for itself as a leading Sri Lankan restaurant in London, and Dom will be bringing the bold and strong flavours of his heritage to life with a menu for the evening. Guests can expect the likes of Ulunda Vadai Dahl doughnut, with tamarind ketchup, coconut & peanut chutney; and Whey brined paneer, coriander & paddy-herb chutney, using herbs that Dom has brought back with him from a recent trip to Sri Lanka, where he also opened his latest restaurant concept ‘Open Door Policy’.
