Do you fancy yourself as a master distiller or perhaps just like the idea of visiting a local distillery literally 5 minutes away from Clanfield. Our local supplier, Wood Brothers, produces all their gin from their farm. Book in for a tour of the distillery and a gin tasting where you’ll learn all about what Charlie and Ed do on their farm to make the most fantastic gin or you can even turn your hand to making your very own at their gin School. You can then come back and enjoy a Wood Brothers gin and tonic at The Double Red Duke or The Mason’s Arms safe in the knowledge that you’re now an expert.
Now that’s a great way to remember your weekend away.
Remember to book a taxi in advance with reception so you can make sure you can taste all those different gin varieties!

The inaugural classic from the Côte Citron Country Creatures Cricket Club, otherwise known as the Six Cs, took place last Friday beneath a blazing Oxfordshire sun. A competitive day (in spirit, if not in skill) saw some of the country’s finest chefs and critics trade kitchen tools for cricket bats. While the gameplay wasn’t exactly textbook, the rosé flowed, the @cote__citron beers were cold, and the company more than made up for it! A big thank you to all who participated 🏏🌿 #CountryCreatures #CôteCitron
