On Sundays, it’s all about the roast, with roast sirloin of beef, grilled free range chicken or rotisserie pork shoulder to choose from. Vegetarians are well catered to with the Delica pumpkin, while fish lovers will enjoy the monkfish with celeriac purée and red wine and brown butter sauce. Everything is served with all the trimmings, of course, including deliciously crispy and fluffy roast potatoes, carrots and seasonal greens, plus the piece de la resistance, cauliflower cheese.
We appreciate that you need a proper cooked breakfast to set you up for a day of walking, cycling or otherwise exploring in the Cotswolds.
