A fantastic menu of perfectly seasonal british cuisine led by the hugely characterful Jeremy Lee. A great night was had by all for our first chef event of 2023. An incredible starter of Smoked Eel Toasts was followed by a beautiful Asparagus Vinaigrette. The Roast fillet of Pork, Bitter Leaves & Sage Grilled Courgettes & Mint was also perfect and the peppered strawberry pudding was the perfect way to finish.
