Awaken The Maker – Foraging and Fermenting with Justin Horne

Justin Horne is an eco and zero-waste chef and foraging expert. After an introduction to foraging guests will be guided through the verdant countryside while Justin shares his expertise on produce that can be foraged through their walk, before a masterclass in fermenting with guests taking a jar of ferments home with them. Lunch will also be co curated with Justine and the Double Red Duke team to include wild and foraged produce.
