Awaken The Maker – Illustration and Watercolour with Matthew Rice

Tuesday 17th March, 10am-3pm

Savannah Miller and The Double Red Duke Present Awaken The Maker.

Matthew Rice – the renowned watercolour artist, designer and illustrator for Emma Bridgewater will teach you the basics of measuring, drawing and applying colour, before providing his wisdom of translating an idea onto paper. Matthew will bring flowers from his garden for guests to use as reference, for an afternoon celebrating the wonders and bounties of nature.

All our workshops include a 3 course lunch as part of your ticket price. Any drinks will be charged as extra. Make it a proper break, bring a friend and book your room for the night before with our specially reduced rates HERE
