Country Creatures Chef Series – Chef Adam Handling MBE

Michelin starred chef Adam Handling will complete the line up travelling to The Double Red Duke in November bringing his commitment to zero-waste cooking.

Adam is celebrated for his redefinition of British cooking, championing the best of British farmers and fishermen. For the evening, Adam will prepare dishes that reflect the diversity and potential of UK produce.

Adam Handling MBE is the Michelin-starred Chef Owner of the Adam Handling Collection, operating venues across the UK, and is fast becoming one of the best-known chefs in the country. Adam is passionate about British food, sustainability, and fighting food waste. Using produce from British suppliers, Adam’s beautifully presented dishes start with careful sourcing of top quality, seasonal ingredients, prepared in different, creative ways to bring their true flavour to life. Adam has achieved several impressive awards including his first Michelin star at his flagship restaurant, Frog by Adam Handling and a Michelin Star at his Cornish restaurant, Ugly Butterfly, in 2026. Adam was appointed Member of the Order of the British Empire for services to Hospitality and International Trade in the New Year Honours List 2024.
