Born in Bangkok, Rose is celebrated for her home-style Thai cooking and being a new archetype of the celebrated café society in Paris. Rose moved to Paris fifteen years ago to open Ya Lamai, her Thai restaurant named after her grandmother. Following the success of Ya Lamai, Rose has also opened a private kitchen named Rose Kitchen. Rose quickly built a cult following among the design community while cooking in Paris, where she partners with some of the world’s most fashion houses and some of the best in the art world. We’ll be treated to some fantastic Thai cuisine – a little flavour of Thai Parisian society in the heart of the Cotswolds.
