Country Creatures Chef Series – Rowley Leigh

Rowley’s celebrated career included time with the Roux brothers at Le Gavroche and Le Poulbot. In 1987, he opened Kensington Place with Nick Smallwood and Simon Slater, where, for 19 years, he worked as Head Chef, setting the tone for the nineties’ London restaurant scene.

In 2007, he opened Le Café Anglais, which sought to combine the best of British cooking with the bustle of Parisian brasseries.

Expect a menu of seasonal cooking of the best British produce, blending French technique and Italian touches.
