To celebrate this incredible summer, we’re bringing three of the UK’s most exciting chefs cooking over fire, to Clanfield. Oli Brown, Ana Ortiz and Miller Prada will be putting together a flame cooked menu to savour. A long table feast with live music, great drinks and some seriously special food.
At Updown Farmhouse, near Deal in Kent, Oli Brown cooks everything over wood fire, and for Fire Chefs brings his passion for simple, Italian leaning dishes rooted in hyper-seasonality to Clanfield. Ecuadorian born Ana Ortiz is a live-fire chef who specialise in asado cooking and finally Miller Prada balances a love of glowing coals with Japanese precision and Latin American influences. Drinks, draught beers and classic cocktails will be served from The Double Red Duke’s LandRover Defender bar.
Arrive for drinks at 4.30pm with food served at 6pm.
