Wow what a night of the most sublime food at The Double Red Duke. Chef Brad Carter, from Carter’s of Moseley stunned our guests with his incredible menu. With Carlingford oysters to start in aged beef fat, an incredible BBQ duck cooked over the coals and Brad Carter’s trademark ‘smiley’ for pudding. All pretty special and that pudding both looked and tasted fantastic.
The Chef’s Counter was the place to be to watch Brad work him magic from close up but he was sure to go round all our guests to introduce himself too and answer any technical questions from his discerning audience.
Check out the video below and remember to keep a look out for our next chef event in the series.
