Shaun Shearly from The Quality Chop House fame and reputation was a no brainer for our Chef Series. We are huge fans of his cooking and we were not disappointed.
We kicked off with four sharing starters including the likes of a Prawn Hash with a Citrus Mayonnaise and a Mangalitza Black Pudding with Burnt Apple. The main of, yes you guessed it, a Dry Aged Beef Chop was as expected, amazing. The evening was rounded off with an incredible Olive Oil Ice Cream.
